The breakfast was good but nothing special, the cleaning by the housekeeping should be improved but speaking to the staff on the floor they do it as requested. We eventually got a nice room with a view of the lagoon and was happy with the accommodation. I found this beyond illogical and unprofessional. Despite the queue at the front desk being long and busy the Italian receptionist who was very eager to help the "pretty ladies" on the queue, made plenty of sweet talk and awkward jokes despite the waiting customers and ended up accompanying them and took the luggage up-to the room despite several other customers waiting to be served.
The staff was slow with each customer, the lady who checked us in was very nice and tried her best. The reception seems a bit disorganised with members openly arguing amongst each other. Our first impressions at the hotel was tainted with not getting our room on time, besides arriving around 2pm. I'm sure there are many other hotels (even older) much better organized and which looks much better inside as wellĭoing our research before booking and once arriving we were very impressed with the hotel location to some major attractions. If you have half board, choose the lunch that is much better anyway If I return to Dubai, I will definitely not choose this hotel. My honest advice is that if you have not booked, choose another hotel and if you have booked, prepare for these inconveniences. The hotel was put into use quickly, it is unfinished in some places. Although the people at the reception were very kind and resolved our grievances, the fault lies with the manager and the owner of this hotel.

Maybe that's why at the tables, the water was served with the portion All in all, the hotel has 3 stars, 3 stars plus with indulgence. Masks were everywhere and water was given to us at the reception whenever we asked. Due to the fact that we could not have dinner on the first night due to the flight, we requested an extra meal which was granted to us.
For a hotel that has a number of 453 rooms, the restaurant was very small. Our luck was that next to it was a supermarket where we could buy a yogurt or something so we could complete Dinner was served in a small room on the 2nd floor and contained leftover lunch so we replaced dinner with lunch which was the same every day but pretty good. Those who served breakfast were quite bored and looked ugly if you asked for the second slice of bread.
As fruit there were only small slices of watermelon that later remained on the plate - they certainly didn't taste good. The cleaning in the room was done at 15 - 16 in the afternoon, while we were resting We had half board (breakfast and dinner) The breakfast was very poor, red and cucumber vegetables I think they had to be ordered separately and they were probably paid separately. The hotel is very well positioned, close to the beach, the marina and the metro and tram stations.
